Senator Brubaker offers alternative meeting locations to constituents

Will ensure that all residents have access to government services

HARRISBURG – Regional meeting locations will be available to residents of the 36th Senatorial District who are unable to travel to the new district office in Lititz, state Senator Mike Brubaker said today.

The district office was recently relocated to 301 E. Main Street, Lititz, and opened for business on August 7.

"I realize that some individuals may have difficulties that prohibit them from making the trip to the district office," Brubaker said. "For that reason, I have arranged several possible meeting locations in local municipal buildings throughout the district to make it easier for them to get the service and assistance they deserve."

Appointments can be scheduled at the following locations:

  • Christiana Borough building, 10 W. Slokom Avenue, Christiana
  • East Hempfield Township building, 1700 Nissley Road, Landisville
  • Ephrata Township building, 265 Akron Road, Ephrata
  • Honey Brook Township building, 495 Suplee Road, Honey Brook
  • Leacock Township building, 3545 W. Newport Road, Intercourse
  • Mount Joy Borough building, 21 E. Main Street, Mount Joy
  • Terre Hill Borough building, 300 Broad Street, Terre Hill

Brubaker cautioned that it may take longer to get an appointment at one of the regional locations than at the Lititz office depending on his availability or that of staff, as well as that of the preferred meeting location.

"In some cases it may take a week or more before an appointment can be scheduled, but we will make every effort to accommodate constituents in as timely a manner as possible," Brubaker said.

Brubaker welcomes the residents of the 36th District to visit him at the Lititz district office. The office may also be reached by phone at 627-0036, or toll-free at 866-738-1601.

"I am looking forward to meeting and working with everyone in the 36th District, and hope that they will continue to contact me if they need assistance with a government matter or simply want to share their thoughts with me on a particular issue," Brubaker said.
