June 23, 2008 - Senator Brubaker had the opportunity to introduce Annie Hess and her parents Cindy and Larry Hess of Lititz on the Senate floor.  Annie is the creator of the American Pride project in which she is gathering local support for our troops by encouraging residents to hang an American flag at their residence.   

June 21, 2008 - Senator Brubaker participated in the annual Tractor Parade as part of the Intercourse Heritage Days.

June 21, 2008 - Senator Brubaker with Frank Howe, Leacock Township secretary, at the dedication of their newly built horse shelter at Intercourse Community Park.

June 21, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and event organizer, Paula Spohn, at the Ephrata/Cocalico Relay for Life which was held on June 21st and 22nd.  The event was held at Cocalico High School.

June 20, 2008 - Senator Brubaker stopped by the residence of Albert and Claire Storm in Columbia to see the barn in which they have placed solar panels to provide electricity to their home. 

June 20, 2008 - Senator Brubaker visited by the Columbia Senior Center to talk to the senior citizens about issues affecting them in the state of Pennsylvania.

June 19, 2008 - Senator Brubaker attended the ribbon cutting for The Jay Group’s new headquarters in Lancaster.  Senator Brubaker is pictured here with Jay Group CEO, Dana Chryst. 

June 18, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and his son, Ryan Brubaker, as Ryan accompanied his father to the Capitol on June 18th.
 

June 17, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and summer intern, Zachary Bennett, after he was introduced on the Senate floor.

June 17, 2008 - Senator Brubaker assisted volunteers at the Columbia Senior Center as they handed out fruit and vegetable vouchers to eligible senior citizens in the community. 

June 16, 2008 - Senator Brubaker stopped by the Owl Hill Learning Center to read a story to the children on June 16^th. 

June 14, 2008 - Senator Brubaker attended a Flag Day event at the Lancaster Airport to help hand out flags to all attendees of the event.

June 13, 2008 - Senator Brubaker was the guest speaker at the Ephrata Elks Flag Day Ceremony which was held at Reamstown Memorial Park. 

June 13, 2008 - Senator Brubaker with residents of Faith Friendship Villa in Mountville during his recent visit.

June 12, 2008 - Senator Brubaker stopped by the Diamond Street Early Childhood Center in Akron on June 12th to take a tour and meet some of the children there.  

June 12, 2008 - Senator Brubaker spoke at the Columbia bus stop dedication that was held on June 12th.  This Red Rose Transit bus stop is located at Locust and Market Streets in Columbia and has the highest ridership in the 36th Senate district. (Click on photo to view additional photos.)

June 12, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and Gary Willier, Ag Services Manager of the Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, at the June 12^th Lancaster Chamber Ag Issues Forum which was held at Oregon Dairy during their Family Farm Days event. 

June 11, 2008 - Senator Brubaker and F&M College professors, Dr. Dorothy Merritts and Robert Walter.  The professors performed a 5-year study on legacy sediments which was published early this year in the journal Science. Senator Brubaker sponsored Senate Resolution 283 to honor the professors for their contributions. 
 

June 10, 2008 - Members of Tempo Clubhouse, located in Lancaster, took time out from their tour of the Capitol to get their picture on the Senate floor.

June 2, 2008 - Senator Brubaker presented a Senate citation to Manheim Central wrestler, Jordan Enck, to recognize his accomplishment of becoming the state high school wrestling champion in his weight class.
