October 2007 - Senator Brubaker was joined by the Rural and
Agriculture Affairs Committee from both the House and the
Senate to tour three farms in Montgomery County. First stop
on the tour was Merrymead Farm in Lansdale. Next the group
traveled to the Alderfer Family Certified Organic Egg Farm.
Last, the committee traveled to Marcho Family's farm which
houses the largest veal farming operation in the United
