- House Bill 1394 (Houghton), amending Act 319 of
1974, Clean and Green, to permit the extraction of natural gas and the
generation of wind energy without triggering a breach of preferential
assessment.
- Amendment 06207 - removal of all language
except definitions and the provisions authorizing wind energy generation
and voluntary removal from the program.
- Senate Bill 906 (Folmer), amending
Title 3 (Agriculture) and Title 18 (Crimes Code) to create the definition of
"agricultural biosecurity area" and to create the crime of agricultural
biosecurity area trespasser.
- Amendment 06493 - Narrowing the definition of the offense of "Agricultural
biosecurity area trespasser" and reducing the penalties prescribed for this
offense to either a misdemeanor of the 3rd degree or summary offense (depending
on the violation).
- House
Bill 2273 (Haluska), amending Title 3 (Agriculture) to provide for a fee
associated with a cervidae livestock operation.
