- House Bill 39 (Caltagirone), amending
the animal cruelty provisions of the Crimes Code (Title 18) by prohibiting
dog owners from performing certain surgical procedures on their dogs and by
granting authority to dog wardens to enforce certain provisions of the
animal cruelty statute in counties lacking a court appointed humane society
police officer (HSPO).

evidence of a violation; permitting a veterinarian to perform tail
docking on a dog at certain ages; clarifying record keeping

land shall not invalidate preferential assessment of the remainder of
